My mom and I have been to Conrad’s twice, and both times we had such a good experience. Jayda served us one visit and Liz served us the other, and they were both amazing. They were friendly, accommodating, and really knew the menu, which was helpful. You could tell they cared about making sure we had what we needed, and both had such upbeat, positive energy. We also talked with the manager during both visits, and he was just as welcoming. He took time to tell us a little about where Conrad’s gets its crabs and what makes the company different, which we really appreciated. He was also very funny and easy to talk to. In terms of the food, the crabs are super meaty and seasoned perfectly. We also had a few appetizers, including the fried calamari, which was to DIE FOR. I didn't know yum yum sauce could complement it so well. The butter we used for the crabs surprisingly also exceeded our expectations!
