Thank you for your interest in planning your special event at Conrad’s Seafood Restaurant. Our banquet facilities will accommodate both private and semi-private catered events from 25 to 130 people. Rehearsals, birthday parties, retirement parties, wakes, corporate functions, whatever the occasion, we will arrange to meet your needs with the highest quality food and service.
Chef Joe Lancelotta and his staff are highly passionate about creating menus that will please all guests. Whether it is an appetizer menu for a corporate event or a seated dinner for a wedding, we guarantee that you and your guests will be satisfied. We aim to please every guest, so please let us know about any and all food allergies and we will be happy to customize the meal. Our main banquet area is our upstairs dining room. This room is located on the second floor of our building and seats up to 90 people. The upstairs room also has an adjoining outside deck, which holds up 40 people. Along with the outside deck, the second floor features a full bar, restrooms, sound system, A/V equipment and multiple large TVs. The upstairs dining room only accessible by stairs.
Your party size will determine whether the room would be private or semi-private. The minimum number of guests to guarantee the room to be completely private is 60 guests or more. If your party is less than 60 guests, you would have the option to pay for 60 to keep it private or it could be semi-private. Having a semi-private party would mean sharing the room with another party or with other restaurant guests. The room would be separated by a partition. If you would like to include the deck to your private event there is an additional fee of $500. If the guest count is over 100, the deck would be included for additional no charge.
Our other banquet area is our smaller downstairs dining room, the Belair Room. This room is perfect for smaller parties and can seat up to 60 people. Determining private or semi-private use of this room is up to the discretion of management based on the time of year, number of guests and day of the week. Please feel free to call or email Kara Fassio with any and all questions. Once you have selected your menu, we will prepare a detailed proposal for you. A $200 deposit is required to reserve the space and a final headcount is needed 10 days prior to your event.
